Payment and Pricing

We accept Company Check, Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express Credit Card payments (a filled authorization form is required), and ACH Debit. All product prices are subject to change without notice. Price is not including shipping & handling costs or state sales tax. Contact our sales reps to inquire about invoice terms.

State Sales Tax

State sales tax is levied on all orders. Orders that are tax-exempted for resale or exempt organizations will be accepted but not processed until a valid tax certificate is received by email. In terms of Economic Nexus, a valid tax certificate in the 3rd party’s state will be also required if the order ship to a 3rd party that is out of the buyer’s state.

Order Acknowledgements

Order acknowledgement will be sent to all customers who provide a valid email address.

Customer Service and Technical Support

Orders received before 2pm EST during normal business hours, in-stock pick and ship items, are generally shipped within 2-5 working days. It is upon the seller’s option to choose appropriate shipping methods, usually 2-5 working days for delivery but will vary depending on carrier’s condition. We are not responsible for any delay due to various situations (Events like natural disasters, pandemics, deaths, etc).

Shipping and Handling

  • Drop shipping & Blind shipping service is available as per buyer’s instruction.
  • Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico – Call to place orders. Additional shipping & handling charges will apply.
  • Expedited service orders – Call to place orders. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
  • We do ship to Canada, and customer is responsible for duty fees; Additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
  • Product ownership and risk of loss transfers to the buyer when it leaves our warehouse.
  • The free shipping policy is only suitable for commercial address with unloading equipment or loading docks
  • Residential, Campus delivery, Pallet Jack Services, Appointments, Call Aheads, etc. will incur fees
  • Additional fees will be charged if destination changes after shipping out.
  • The customer is responsible for unloading goods. Please have the necessary unloading equipment readily available at the delivery site, it will avoid any unnecessary redelivery charge. Customer is solely responsible for any redelivery fees.
  • Orders quoted with prepaid/free freight are based on one complete shipment to destination. Requests for multiple shipments will incur additional shipping charges

Damages ad Shortages

Claims for shortage/Shipment damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please make a note of any shortages or damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or proof of delivery (POD) provided by the carrier and call us to file a claim. Failure to file claim within this time frame will be considered as goods accepted and waiver of any errors. Pictures or videos of damages will help filing with carriers. Refusal of shipment is accepted as long as there’s visual damage. For more information, please consult our sales reps.

Powder Coating

All re-powder coating service are performed by a 3rd party in TX, the surface quality may not equal to original’s, we only provide a solution/services and cannot guarantee the color uniformity and surface durability.

Return and Refund

We will accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment of your order. Please allow maximum 30 business days from the date we receive your returns for the credit to appear on your account. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee is applied to all valid and authorized returns. Custom products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return. Returned items that are not in resalable condition are ineligible for exchange, refund, or credit. No product may be returned without prior authorization and will be refused at loading dock if the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number is not clearly marked on the outside of the carton(s).

Limited Product Warranties

Cleotex (referred to as the “Company”), warrants products, include LED lamps and fixtures, to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the stated Warranty period, subject to the terms provided in this Warranty. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to anyone who purchases the Product from the original purchaser. The Warranty period begins on the date of original shipment if a product is replaced or repaired under this Warranty, the period does not start over, but the Warranty period for the replaement product maintains the Warranty period of the original product.

Standard – 5 Year Warranty – with no more than 12 consecutive hours of use during a 24-hour period.

The Company reserves the right to examine the installation site and examine and test all products under claim of Warranty to evaluate proper configuration, design, layout, installation and usage; determine the cause of failure; and make a determination whether the product is covered under this Warranty. If the product is determined to have failed during the warranty period, the company will, in its sole discretion, (i) repair the product or defective part, (ii) replace with the same or a functionally equivalent product or part. For purposes of clarity, the Company shall not be responsible for the labor or other costs or expenses to remove, repair or install any defective, repaired or replaced product.

This Warranty is valid and applies only when the Company’s products are (i) properly utilized for their intended purpose as provided in the Product Specification Sheets, and (ii) properly configured, wired and installed in accordance with the Product Instruction Sheets, building codes, and the latest National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable UL Safety Standards.

The failed product will always be requested to ship back with freight prepaid to the Company. The company will undertake freight for shipping replacement to customer.

Cleotex will not reimbuse or pay for unexpected costs or expenses, including labor or other costs associated with removal or re-installation of the product, even if it is ultimately deemed to be defective.

This Warranty does not apply to any of the following situations:

  • Products that have been improperly modified, adjusted or repaired after leaving Company’s premises
  • Products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication or accident
  • Products that are damaged due to improper configuratoin, design and/or layout
  • Products that are damaged due to improper installation or connection
  • Products used in an inappropriate location or in environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.)
  • Products used in connection with any components, devices or systems other than those explicitly approved as compatible with Company’s products and listed on Company’s website
  • Electrical power surges and spikes
  • Damage from lightning, high winds, hail, flooding, tornado, fire or other “acts of god”
  • Products that have been used in any manner or for any purpose that is not consistent with Company’s Product Specification Sheets.

Any legal claims arising from disputes shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the State of California. The laws of the state of California that govern all such disputes are to be performed in Los Angeles County, California, and that the venue for all disputes arising out of or related to this terms and conditions shall be in the state courts situation in Los Angeles County, California.

***Limited Access Fees***

The term “Limited Access” shall be defined as meeting any of the following conditions:

  • Not open to the walk-in public during normal business hours
  • Not having personnel readily available to assist with pickup or delivery
  • Not having access to a loading/unloading dock or platform
  • Sites where extensive security related inspections and processes are required before pickup or delivery can be performed Limited Access Shall include but is not limited to:
  1. Residential: Hotels, Motels & Resorts, Country Clubs, Restaurants, Bars & Night Clubs, Day Cares Retirement/Nursing Homes
  2. Religious Buildings: Churches, Convents & Rectories, Cemeteries, Mosques, Synagogues, Temples
  3. Government Facilities: Prisons, Military Bases/Installations, Court Houses
  4. School: Colleges & Universities without a dock
  5. Chautaqua’s, Estates Schools (not including Colleges & Universities)
  6. Medical Facilities: Medical/Urgent Care sites – without a dock
  7. Fairs: Carnivals, Outdoor Flea Markets
  8. Camp: Farms/Ranches
  9. Construction Site — The term “Construction Site” shall be defined as the site of any construction of buildings, roads, bridges or other sites of construction including the entire property upon which the construction is taking place, and delivery to any facility (such as warehouses, depots, supply houses or similar facilities) located on such property.
  10. Remote Site — The term “Remote Site” shall be defined as, but not limited to the examples listed below, facilities that are located outside the normal commercial pickup and delivery region of the carrier for a town, city or municipality: — Military locations such as missile sites — Military and civilian radio, aviation and electronic – Stations Indian Reservations — Governmental research station — Mine Site
  11. The Term “Mine Site” shall be defined as the site of any mineral mine location, whether underground or open mining, including the entire property of the mine, when it is located outside the normal commercial pickup and delivery region of the carrier for a town, city or municipality.

— The term “Utility Site” shall be defined as the site of any power generation station, whether nuclear, thermal, hydroelectric or fossil fuel or pumping station located outside the normal commercial pickup and delivery region of the carrier for a town, city or municipality.
